Diagnosis/Symptoms;
Continued exhibition of deviant sexual behavior, detestable crimes against nature, unnatural sex, with people and animals. Client is obsessed with sadomasochism, fetishism (erotic feeling attached to nonsexual objects) and taphophilia (arousal from being buried-alive or from cemeteries). Ophelia is a very dark and deviant individual, she has been diagnoses with vampirism and has strong nocturnal tendencies. She is suicidal and has wanted to star and be murdered in a "snuff" film. Ophelia loves to role-play any scenario having to do with death and killing. All Staff please approach with caution.
Plan of care:
Discuss and analyze the deviant behaviors of this dark, devilish individual. Get to the root of the disturbing behaviors exhibited by this patient. Ophelia is a manipulative, street wise, Goth girl. Approach with extreme caution and never make eye contact due to a history of vampirism and necrophilia. She will drink blood and has augmented her teeth in the past so she can exhibit "fangs" while she fucks her lovers.
