Diagnosis/Symptoms;
When she was on the "outside" she was a successful babysitter. This is what Ryder say's to everyone she meets. She had a lot of "false pride" and "delusional feelings of grandeur" about her baby sitting abilities. After being in therapy for the last 4 months we have found out many things about Ryder, and they are secrets she has kept to herself, things she has done to the very kids she babysat. Awful things that she has finally admitted to us her Doctors and to the callers, her Co-Therapist's. Ryder loves Ageplay, and a Rapist. She is a cutter, and she will cut herself and others. Her fascination with cutting is with knives and watching them split the skin. Her cutting is not about letting the bad feelings out, it is just about being bad period.
Plan of care:Ryder was abandoned when she was a baby, and raised by the state. It wasn't long before she lived full time in the State Hospital. She was classified insane and became a permanent resident there. She showed good behavior and growth in therapy. That is when she was trusted with a small class of kids to babysit for small amounts of time. Being with the kids sparked her murderous, psychopathic, ageplay type feelings and actions, she couldn't hold back her anger and went on a murderous rampage. Ryder did some of the most heinous types of actions and crimes to these inmates, the ones she didn't kill she scarred for life. She was sentenced to life with no privileges. We put her on this therapy because it seems talking about the same interests with men makes her calm and she has her anger under control. She likes talking on the phone and has a very cute, sweet voice. Ryder is doing much better now, she enjoys her phone friends and has cum to terms with her past. She is making progress in therapy and will continue to be institutionalized. Call her and feel the terror, you can hear it in her confessions, and you can tell her anything she is unshakable.
